  They were on time and knowledgeable about septic pumping. More expensive than the last service, but this may reflect increased cost across all providers. My biggest problem is the state in which the left the sod. It would have taken 10 to 20 minutes more to remove and replace sod in plugs so that the lawn will recover in the spring. Instead it was all pushed back a pile of buried grass and sand. Minimally, they could have left the sod chunks on the side so I could place them. This lack of care will cost me months of care and effort to recover.
