  This is not a reliable company at all. I called Anderson Drywall to open up a TV niche. The owner came and looked at the job and gave me a price that I accepted. He said he'll send someone to do the job on Wednesday. I called him several times on Tuesday to confirm the time he was coming but I never heard from him. Then on Wednesday late afternoon, someone from the company called me saying he'll come to do the work. I left work early to meet him at my house. That guy said that it's too big a job to finish that late in the afternoon and he'll come back the next day after lunch. He cut two holes in my wall to see if there were any pipes running behind the wall. On Thursday, I called him to see what time he was coming. He said 2pm. I again left work early and waited for him but he never showed up. So I now have two holes in my wall and can't seem to reach anyone at Anderson Drywall. This is not what customer
  service is about.
